At Ember Online OU , we strive to deliver premium-quality educational content to all learners. Our online courses are provided through one-time payments, granting users full access for a period of 3 Months from the date of purchase.

Before completing your payment, we encourage you to carefully review the terms outlined in this Refund Policy to ensure you fully understand our conditions.

 

Eligibility for Refund

All payments made for course packages are considered final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstance described below:

You may request a refund within ten (10) days of your purchase if you have accessed no more than 50% of the course materials included in your selected package (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced).

The Company reserves the right to review and verify your account activity, including login history and lesson completion, to determine eligibility for a refund request.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team by email at support@eduzedie.com.
When submitting your request, include the following details:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • The date of purchase

  • A clear statement requesting cancellation and refund

Once approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

Access Termination

Upon successful processing of your refund, all access to the purchased courses and related materials will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to log in, view lessons, or download content associated with your refunded purchase.
